Shipping and Pickup

Important Information on Shipping or Pickup Orders:

  • We ship online orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from our bakery in Northbrook, Illinois to ensure cookie freshness.
  • Orders placed before 1:00 pm Central Time on a ship day go out that day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm CT ship on the next available shipping day.
  • As the cookies have no preservatives, all orders are shipped to arrive within two days.
  • Local pickup is available at our Northbrook, IL bakery. Choose pickup at checkout.
  • Weather and carrier service issues can occasionally affect shipping times.
