  • Shipping times may be affected due to weather delays or service issues initiated by UPS.
  • We only ship online orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure cookie freshness.
  • Orders placed after 1:00 pm (CT) will ship on the next available date.
  • All orders are shipped to arrive within two (2) days due to the perishable nature of our handmade cookies.
  • We offer a local pickup option at our bakery in Northbrook, IL only, which you can choose at checkout.
