Shipping and Pickup

Important Information on Shipping or Pickup Orders:

Shipping times may be affected due to weather delays or service issues initiated by UPS.
We only ship online orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to ensure cookie freshness.
Orders placed after 1:00 pm (CT) will ship on the next available date.
All orders are shipped to arrive within two (2) days due to the perishable nature of our handmade cookies.
We offer a local pickup option at our bakery in Northbrook, IL only, which you can choose at checkout.
