Over 40 years ago, Carol started baking her handmade, gourmet cookies in her kitchen for friends and family. Today, she’s still baking away, but in a state-of-the-art commercial bakery with help from her dedicated, professional staff. Her recipes still use premium chocolate, farm fresh butter, Grade A eggs and select California walnuts.
Carol works hard to make sure her cookies are still all made by hand with premium, all-natural ingredients — she doesn’t add any preservatives or artificial additives still today. So make sure you know how to keep them fresh and ready to eat.
We’ve added new cookie flavors over the years, but still make them all by hand in small batches. We recommend trying every flavor to find your favorite.
