How do custom corporate orders work?
Send us your artwork and we handle the rest. A one-color logo is screen printed on the gift box, and orders ship to one location or drop-ship directly to each recipient.
After you submit a request, we confirm pricing, artwork, and delivery timing, and collect a deposit to begin. Production starts once artwork is approved and the deposit is in, and we confirm ship dates before baking.

Can I order corporate cookie gifts online without submitting a custom request?
Yes. Any gift box on carolscookies.com can be ordered directly through checkout with a personalized gift message. The custom request form is for bulk orders, 100 or more units, logo imprints, and multi address programs.
Do you ship to all 50 states?
Yes. Nationwide shipping on all corporate orders, DIY and bulk. Shipping starts at $15 for commercial addresses and $18.80 per gift box for flat-rate residential shipping. Final cost is calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and ship date.
Are plant based options available for corporate gifts?
Yes. Plant based chocolate chip and plant based old fashioned sugar are available in most gift box formats, and can be curated into custom assortments for bulk orders.
Can we set up a recurring corporate gifting program?
Yes. For custom imprinted programs, we hold your inventory and release gifts on your schedule when you contact us, as often as weekly.
Can you hold our custom gifts and ship them over time?
Yes. If you want us to inventory your custom gifts, a $5 per item deposit is billed up front for any items not shipped with the initial order. That deposit is deducted from each gift as it ships at a later date.
What if we need to ship to multiple recipients?
Drop ship service is available on bulk and custom orders. Provide recipient addresses via the multi address spreadsheet as part of the custom order request, and email it to order@carolscookies.com.
