Why Carol Started the Cookie Club
When I started baking in my kitchen for friends and family back in the ‘70s, I never imagined that I would be making millions of handmade cookies a year. I felt like creating an exclusive experience for cookie lovers who embrace our story and appreciate our company history. What is the minimum membership subscription I can purchase?
The shortest membership is 3 months. You can also choose between 6 or 12 months.
How do I know what I'll get each month?
Each month brings a curated box of Carol’s handmade gourmet cookies, chosen from our 19 flavors or a brand new flavor. We keep the assortment a surprise, so there is always something to look forward to, and most boxes mix our minis with our nearly half-pound cookies.
When do members receive their gifts?
Boxes ship the first Tuesday of every month by UPS, so your cookies arrive on a schedule you can count on.
Do you send a special notification to the recipient?
Yes. You can add a custom gift message at checkout, and we let your recipient know a sweet surprise is on the way from you before the first box arrives.
How long does a gift membership last?
A gift membership lasts for the term you choose: 3, 6, or 12 months. When the term ends, it stops on its own, with no auto-renewal to manage.
How do I cancel my membership subscription?
You can cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum contacting us. A gift membership does not need canceling; it simply ends when the term is up.
Can I choose or swap flavors?
No, and that is part of the fun! Every box is a curated surprise chosen by Carol’s team, so you get a fresh mix each month without having to pick.
Can I update delivery details?
Yes. To change a shipping address or adjust a delivery date, contact us before the monthly shipping cutoff, and we will update your next box.
