Creating Customer Loyalty Through Sweet Gifts

Meet Kathy Miller, an associate at the McGrath Family of Dealerships that includes 6 car dealerships throughout the state of Iowa, McGrath Powersports and McGrath Hawkeye Harley Davidson.

While McGrath had always had an in-house gift program for their customers, their needs started to change as they acquired more dealerships.
