You can’t deny, fall is in the air. Mornings are getting crisper. The leaves are changing colors. And you can’t get through one day’s worth of Instagram without seeing a picture of a girl in Uggs and a scarf holding a pumpkin spice latte.
And this year, we’ve let our guard down and want to get in on the pumpkin-madness as well. We started in our bakery using what we already had: Snickerdoodle cookies.

We were feeling quite inspired by how well our cookies naturally pair with pumpkin, and decided to take it one step further. Pumpkin Milk Chocolate Chunk Cookies. Any taste testers out there?
Unfortunately (for you guys), these cookies weren’t able to be picked up in time for any retailers this season and we had to eat them all ourselves. But we’re hoping that next fall you can find handmade Pumpkin Milk Chocolate Chunk Cookies on shelves near you.
